First Day Hike at Connetquot River State Park Preserve

Designated as the first "State Park Preserve" in New York, Connetquot River encourages the long-term protection of our ecological, cultural and historic resources. Come for a 2 mile hike and discover the way Long Island used to be. Bring rain coat if just rain. If weather is dangerous then it may be canceled. Bring water and hiking shoes. This Park is carry in and carry out. there is no picnicking.
