Details... Deep Dive into Nature Guided Meditations

The Intention for my Nature-Based Guided Meditations, is to provide a comfortable space for you to explore your inner landscape. These guided meditations are a contemplative practice,   designed for insight, relaxation, and building resilience.

Our unique inner landscape is indeed inextricably joined to the outer world, the landscape we all share.

The quality of our experience in the everyday world is a natural outcome of a personal understanding of our unique inner landscape.

Most of the challenges and maladies unique to our species are environmentally rooted psychological problems. When we become mindful of our unique inner landscape, we gain power and clarity in how to heal ourselves and the world. Our creative ability grows as we practice - teaching us how to think and act in sustainable ways. Nature can be a mentor on our quest for understanding and peace.

The word heal within the context of my guided meditations and programs is defined as to restore to original purity or integrity. Feeling moments of grace, experiencing restoration amidst the uncontrollable challenges we all face, is the healing we cultivate when we practice mindfulness and meditate.

When I use the word Nature in my guided meditations, I am referring to a force known by many names: God, Allah, higher self, the web of life - I like to describe Nature as the cosmic glue that connects each of us to one another and everything else. This force works to maintain balance within each of us as well as our world. Nature supports life in ways we can see and understand, and in ways, we have yet to see or understand.

Nature is not a healing panacea. Sometimes we do need to reach out for help, and this often takes courage. There are counselors, trusted friends, and family, as well as on-line resources available to support you.

If we have the good fortune to have economic security - ensuring food, shelter, basic needs, and a safe place to live, it is a bit easier to choose to embark on a Deep Dive into your inner- Nature.

Enjoy this time that you have taken to journey with Nature – may it bring deeper understanding, healing, and wisdom into your daily life.  ~~ Marlow
