Decorate your car in a creative Halloween costume! Enjoy a safe and fun way for the kids in your life to fill their Halloween treat baskets. We’ll have prizes for the best-decorated trunk. Registration is required for vehicles but trick-or-treaters can come freely to enjoy. Decorated cars should be parked and ready by 5:30pm
