THE ULTIMATE QUEEN CELEBRATION at Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts

The Ultimate Queen Celebration Starring Marc Martel is a highly theatrical, eye-popping production that incorporates 23 of the songs that Queen made famous: “We Will Rock You,” “Radio Gaga,” “We are the Champions,” “Fat Bottomed Girls,” “Another One Bites the Dust,” “Somebody to Love,” “Bohemian Rhapsody,” “Crazy Little Thing Called Love,” and many more. In a novel twist, the concert will also include a selection of songs that reflect Mercury’s interest in musical styles beyond rock – including “Ave Maria” and the great operatic aria, “Nessun Dorma” – all performed by Martel as they might have been performed by Freddie Mercury.

Queen’s Roger Taylor (drummer) and Brian May (guitarist) handpicked singer Marc Martel to take on the lead vocals for their Queen tribute band known as Queen Extravaganza. If that isn’t a personal endorsement for this amazing artist, then we’re not sure what is. Martel not only sounds dead-on like Freddie Mercury, but he embodies the heart-and-soul Freddie poured into every song he performed. Marc Martel now brings his tribute band, The Ultimate Queen Celebration, back to Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts for an evening you’ll be talking about long after the lights go down.
