Young Explorers Program- Quogue Wildlife Refuge (grades 6 + 7)

Visit all of your old favorite places, explore by kayak, and enjoy off-site field trips. Program Hours are: Monday 9A.M. – 12:00 P.M. (Refuge Onsite), Tuesday 8:00 A.M – 2:00 P.M. (Sunken Forest, Fire Island), Wednesday 9:00 A.M – 2:30 P.M. (offsite Kayak Adventure), Thursday 9:00 A.M – 12:00 P.M.(Mud Trail), return Thursday evening at 7:00 P.M. for a night walk in search of owls, bats and adventure with a pick up time of 10:30 P.M. Parent drivers will be needed to help transport the campers. Further information on offsite trips will be given on the Monday of your child’s camp week during the brief introduction.
