Learn the process and fundamentals of 2D character animation at Point Park University. Students will explore this art form by using industry-standard software (i.e.: Toon Boom Harmony; Adobe Creative Suites) and facilities to make their own animations. This class culminates in a screening of all final projects for family and friends. The banner art features some of the incredible work produced by our 2021 participants.
This intensive is led by Point Park Assistant Professor Jonathan Trueblood.
The deadline to complete your registration is June 19, 2022.
All participants are required to be fully vaccinated (meaning a person has received their primary series of COVID-19 vaccines) in order to attend our programs.
To enroll in this exciting program, students must be entering grades 9-12 as of Fall. No prior experience is necessary in order to participate.
The 2D Animation Intensive is open to the first 18 students who complete the registration and pay their deposit.
