Black History Month: Self-Guided Hike at Sunken Meadow State Park

Come learn about 10 Black environmentalists you should know about! Come celebrate Black History Month at Sunken Meadow State Park! Ten stations along this self-guided hike along the creekside trail will each feature the achievements of a Black environmentalist who has made great contributions to the field of science. This self guided hike is FREE and open for anyone in the park to enjoy! The trail begins after crossing the new bridge at the back corner of Field 3, and runs the length of the creekside trail. Sign up is not required. Drop in to view it any time between 10am and 5pm.
