Candlelight Evenings at Old Bethpage Village

During our annual candlelight evening event you’ll be able to walk through our candlelit village just as it would have looked and sounded during the 19th Century. Revel in numerous historical musicians, warm up by the bonfire, purchase hot cider, and stroll the grounds. Enjoy a visit with St. Nicholas, learn about 19th Century holiday traditions, and so much more! This is an event you won’t want to miss, where you can make new holiday traditions of your own!

Flashlights are not authorized to be shined indoors, nor into the windows of our historic buildings, to not injure our historic interpreters/other guests. Gas lanterns and candles are not permitted into the village. *** Library passes are NOT accepted for this event ***
