At Excel Urgent Care, we remain deeply committed to supporting and giving back to our local community. To help families prepare for the upcoming school year and fall sports season, we are pleased to offer FREE School and Sports Physical Days.
Annual physicals are a critical requirement for students participating in school athletics, camps, and various extracurricular activities. To help ease the financial and logistical burden on local families, our team is providing these essential health services completely free of charge.
