Aureliano Equestrian is so excited to welcome young riders of all levels to our horseback riding summer camp. Campers will have the opportunity to ride show quality horses at our equestrian facility in Huntington, New York. Camp focuses on english riding instruction for first time riders all the way through advanced beginner riders.
Each day starts at 9am and campers will ride individually or in small group lessons in the morning. Each lesson will begin with horse care, include riding time and finish with horse care after the ride. Once lessons are complete, campers will spend time in the barn learning all aspects of horse care and management such as caring for the equipment, proper stall care, nutrition, and more. We will also spend time doing some fun activities like arts and crafts in the afternoon.
Campers are not required to have any prior riding experience - they will learn everything they need to at camp. We have a great selection of very safe, high quality horses and ponies that campers will get the very best instruction on.
