Hot Cocoa in a Jar at LICM

As the weather gets chillier, we can all use a nice warm sweet treat. Come by and make some hot cocoa in a jar. Pick your own toppings and decorate your jar.
This is a drop-in program; it takes approximately ten minutes and is yours to keep.
