Long Island Nets Basketball Camp- Spring

Join the Long Island Nets at the LIU Post for a week of basketball. Learn basketball fundamentals and enhance your basketball skills with Long Island Nets professional clinicians. Boys and girls who are registered for the camp have the opportunity to meet and work with Long Island Nets Players and Coaches, participate in a Hospital for Special Surgery Sports Safety Clinic, and more.

10:15 – 10:30 Daily Concepts –Examples: Give and Go, On Ball screening, Off Ball Screening, Dribble Hand Offs, Drive and Kick
10:30 – 11:15 3 on 3 Games
11:15 – 12:00 5 on 5 Games
12:00 – 12:30 Break
12:30 – 12:45 Free Shooting
12:45 – 1:45 Competitions – 1 Each Day
1:45 – 2:05 Afternoon Stations
2:05 – 2:50 5 on 5 Games
2:50 – 3:00 Full Group
