Long Island Tulip Festival at Waterdrinker | Kids Out and About Long Island

Long Island Tulip Festival at Waterdrinker

2 FARMS - Millions of reasons to visit this Spring! Opening this April in Manorville and Riverhead! The blooming of tulips depends entirely on Mother Nature, but we're hopeful for a fantastic year! Our festival typically runs for about 4-5 weeks, depending on the weather. If it gets too hot, the tulips might not last as long. Tickets are always available for purchase at the gate, and no reservations are required, so if you end up having more in your party, you can always purchase at the gate.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Both of our farm locations offer free parking. Please avoid parking on any side streets.

We're big fans of dogs! They're welcome on leashes at all times.

On weekends, we've got food trucks and live music to enjoy.

While we appreciate the thought, please refrain from bringing outside food to our farms. We've got plenty of snacks and drinks available, with even more on weekends!

The safety of our young guests is a top priority. Please keep a close eye on your children while exploring our farm. We understand the importance of safe fun, being a real working farm with bees, tractors, and animals. After all, as the saying goes: “What’s a farm without weeds and flies?!”

Our animals are cherished members of our family. We take excellent care of them, providing fresh fruits and veggies daily, along with extra exercise and attention. While they love attention, please avoid feeding them.

Please DO NOT touch the animals or stick your hands, feet, arms, legs, heads, clothing, or anything else into their enclosures. They may bite.

Some activities may not be available during your visit due to safety concerns, such as wet or sandy conditions.

We want you to have a blast! If you have any concerns or suggestions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@water-drinker.com. We're a local business committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

We're always striving to provide the best experience possible, even if it means waiting for the perfect weather.

Photographers may visit the farm with their clients. Everyone must have a ticket including the photographer. Photos are only permitted during operating hours. No reservations or permits necessary.
