Maple Sugaring - Science Museum of Long Island
*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 02/24/2023
Children ages four and up are welcome to join SMLI on their days off from school to enjoy hours of fun, hand-on science activities! Children will participate in experiments, create crafts, and observe demonstrations. Learn the ins-and-outs of tree tapping in this fan-favorite workshop! We’ll head to the preserve to drill our own maple trees, explore the syrup-making process, and, of course, have some pancakes!
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
