SMLI Summer Camp
*The event has already taken place on this date: Fri, 08/25/2023
The Science Museum of Long Island has offered hands-on, interactive, and innovative science programs to more than half a million young minds for more than 50 years. Enrolling your child in our popular summer camp program is a great way to keep them engaged in the study and practice of science, while providing them with ample opportunity for good, old-fashioned summertime fun!
Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.
SMLI offers 8 science-themed weeks filled with hands-on experiments, activities and take-home projects. Register for as many, or as few weeks as they'd like based on your families summer schedule and your child's scientific interest. Each week culminates with 'Fun Friday,' where campers enjoy a pizza lunch, themed dress up days, our giant slip and slide, and a special visit from Ice Cream Mel!
