PAINTING ON GLASS
Grades 6-12
Explore the range of artistic results when painting on glass surfaces. Students will learn how to respond to its smooth texture to create realistic and abstract artworks while also dealing with transparency and opacity.
DIGITAL ANIME
Grades 6-12
Sourcing inspiration from anime films students will design, create and animate their own anime side kicks using Adobe Animate. Students will learn animation techniques such as key framing, onion skin, timing & secondary actions.
SCULPTING PORTRAITS
Grades 3-5
Students will explore the clay medium and learn foundational techniques of sculpture. Students will work on creating a self-portrait relief sculpture
LEARN TO PAINT REALISTICALLY
Grades 3-5
The goal of this camp is to give students the tools to translate what they see in real life observations through their own art. Students will explore the foundational skills of painting, from learning about the tools to color theory. Students learn how to render naturally through a completed acrylic painting.
PAINTING NATURE
Grades K-2
Students will paint based on their observations of the natural world as well as imagination of natural things. Students will explore the concept of nature and its relationship to art.
