At Amber Waves Farm, our mission is to produce organic, healthy food for our local community, to reintroduce wheat to the East End of Long Island food shed, and to provide extensive educational opportunities in food and farming for children and families and aspiring farmers who apprentice with us each season.
In our outdoor classroom at Amber Waves, we honor nature through stewardship, sustainability, community, and exploration. We love hosting children on the farm and are offering ways to connect eaters of all ages to fresh, nourishing food.
