We are one of the premiere Martial Arts Facilities on Long Island, conveniently loctaed in Old Bethpage. we offer classes for children ages 4 and up, as well as adult classes ranging from 18 -99 years old. We have a large variety of classes so please take a look at our website and find what's right for you. we also have programs for Special Needs students including students with physical challenges, neurological issues, as well as Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
